Tools for managing Foot-and-Mouth Disease.

A set of decision-support tools for veterinary officials and researchers working under the National Animal Disease Control Programme. Each tool answers a distinct question; all share a common mechanistic model family calibrated against seromonitoring data.

Population immunity projection

How does herd-level seroprotection evolve over time under a given vaccination strategy? An SIRV model with Weibull waning, driven by pre- and post-vaccination seroprotection from seromonitoring data.

Use it for a single region or for many regions at once.

Outbreak spread

Where does an outbreak travel? A metapopulation model over district patches and a mobility matrix, rendered on a map, with daily infection counts over the simulated horizon.
